The scope of our commitment is detailed in this Privacy Policy.
By submitting personal information to us, you agree to our use
of such information as described herein. We reserve the right
to make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time.
What personal information is collected?
We collect personal information on certain areas of our website

or respond to email questionnaires. The personal information
collected may consist of a unique access ID, company or educational
affiliations, titles, contact information and other information
from which you may be identifiable. You may have the opportunity
to purchase products on the Site, in which case we may collect
order information and your credit card information, in order
to facilitate shipment and payment.
How may my personal information be used?
We may use your personal information to fulfill your requests
for information and employment opportunities. We may also
use personal information to perform statistical analysis
of user behaviour in order to measure interest in specific
areas and articles posted on our Site. The email addresses
provided at registration allow us to send email to individuals
based on the areas of interest that they may indicate during
the employment registration process.
In addition, we use personal information collected from sources such as "cookies"
and IP addresses to help personalise your experience when using the Site.
Are cookies and IP addresses used?
The Site uses "cookies" to identify you and your interests
and to track usage of the Site. Cookies are small pieces
of text stored on your computer that help us know which browser
you are using and where you have been on the Site and on
websites to which you may link in order to use some of our
features. Cookies also let us know whether you have registered
with us and otherwise enable us to relate your current usage
of the Site to prior usage of the Site. A user who does not
accept the cookie from the Site may not be able to access
certain areas of the Site. In administering the Site and
diagnosing potential system problems, we also log all IP
addresses that access the Site.

your personal information to third parties as required or permitted by the laws,
rules, and regulations of any nation, state, or other applicable jurisdiction.
2. We may disclose your personal information to third parties who deliver information
from us to you for the purpose of performing such delivery (such as couriers
and the like).
3. We may disclose your personal information if, in connection with submitting
the information, you consent to such disclosure.
4. We may disclose your personal information in the course of litigation or in
avoiding anticipated litigation, but only to the extent necessary to do so.
5. Should we merge with, or sell the majority of our assets or equity to a third
party, personal information may be disclosed to and owned by the merged entity
or third party.

We may provide links to third party websites as a service
to our users. In addition, some of the content that appears
